While this definitely falls into the "specious point" category, and normally would not get a response from me - I'm flattered by your persistence and will indulge you. But in the future, I would encourage you to participate in a more fruitful manner.
To wit: of course I would have a problem with it. But no, I do not think there should be a law which provides me recourse in that circumstance.
