Yes being able to react on the fly is important, but it NEVER allows one not to do prep work.

We obviously have different interactions with radio personalities. The ones I know within the city and in Vancouver are similar in that approach.
I'm not saying they don't prep, but you're making it sound like they work 8 hours a day. The ones I know sure don't, and they're running 3 hour shows.
