Agree. I'm guessing Rogers sees Pinder as an up and comer. Perhaps he couldn't move to Toronto, so Rogers is investing this 1 hour a day in him as development.
That frees Boomer up for other stuff. He seems to be doing more voice work these days as well..... commercials for Big Chief, Auto Value, Jamie Macoun Real Estate, etc... For all anyone knows, maybe Rogers sees Boomer as a future program director and he's doing more work on the business side.
