Good to hear. I'm a little taken back by all the vitriol people are throwing at Baertchi here. Seems kind of unfair. Even if he does have some illusions about what he has to do to make it, I don't feel a need to hold it against him. Especially now that he's just gone.
I hope he has a nice 2-4 year middling NHL career that leaves him with nice memories and a good pile of cash, and then goes away so that we can stop talking about him forever
