Sorry I guess that was quite vague.
I think it was horrible asset management because we essentially called the player out publically, sent him down and never really brought him back up even when he was doing well in the AHL. I think we are the reason he refused to re-sign. If we dont call him out and give him better higher quality minutes when he did come up, move him up the pecking when he is playing well etc etc.
I think we could have handled Sven the person much better. We handled Sven as a hockey player OK but as a person I dont think we helped by calling him out publically and burying him in the AHL.
