Baertschi was either going to make the team between now and October, or we'd lose him for nothing. We've also had a bunch of other winger prospects pass him, so the writing was on the wall.

Yeah, I was coming around to the same thinking.
Still pissed that it is Vancouver. If he busts out, we get to laugh. If he turns into Neiderreiter, I would rather he did it somewhere else.
