I can see it either way if I concentrate.. if I focus on the dress itself and ignore the surroundings I see white and gold, if I focus on the top right and see the dress out of my peripheral vision it'll look black and blue (my brain is interpreting the colours rather than measuring the RGB values)... takes me a while to get back to white and gold. EDIT: Kind of like that 3d spinning girl where you can see it spinning clockwise or counterclockwise.

I just turned the brightness on my IPad all the way up and saw it as white and gold. When I dimmed the display, it was kind of a mix. I scrolled down to hide the dress and then scrolled up to look again and it was black and blue...cool!
