apparently, it's a 50 something white male. Robbed a dry cleaner in Pasadena, TX. He's armed, possibly with multiple weapons. Has fired at police. The chase has been going for 2 hours thru golf courses, back yards, then onto the freeway and he is now stranded in a creek after his tires blew out. There's now a standoff with police surrounding him from above on two bridges and the highway embankment.
