It's another example of the mgmt group not letting ticket sales, media, pr, or shiny new toy issues cloud their long term judgement.
Approaching Glencross is a good sign, assigning Bennett would be another.

To be fair, it isn't that hard to manage young prospects in the NHL. Template has been laid out up north....you just need to do the opposite of what Mulletville would do.
I am all for B as well. This boy has lots of time to playin the NHL, let ensure all the i's are crossed and t's dotted prior to him starting in the league.
