A guy like Glencross, who is a career 2nd-liner who likes to think of himself as a first-liner, should be performing like Jiri Hudler (or like Cammy last year) on this young team. He should be amongst our best scorers period if he wants to be treated liked one.
To me a guy who is 11th in goals and 7th overall in points (and probably soon to be passed by Bouma and Jones) on this team, is not someone I consider performing like a legitimate Top-6 guy anymore. His role has changed on this team exactly because he hasn't performed in the role, and it's clear that he has to adjust expectations too.
