GM's should be talking to their Head Coaches asking them how confident would they feel motivating a guy like Glencross to play hard every game instead of when he feels like it. Very much like in Chris Stewart's case - good physical capacity, good skill, good hockey IQ but consistent lack of consistency diminishes it all. Following Bowman's methodology - good coach will always find a way to motivate his players to play their best. Glencross needs "his" coach, I think.
