Just because Bill was employee of the year 4 years running in the 90s doesn't mean I turn a blind eye to him napping in the break room. Given the current state of this roster, he isn't cutting it.
'One decent week and he passes half those guys' isn't really all that believable at this point. He hasn't scored since Dec 29.
The fact is, we have two options with Glencross whether you're a fan of him or not: trade him, or pay him like a top-6 winger. I can't imagine you really think he's going to be a top-6 winger this year or next.
