Honestly, the money doesnt bother me at all. At this salary cap hes probably more or less worth his $8M.
But, is he worth being a lazy player who sets a bad example and whatever it would cost to acquire him? I dont think so.
Is he 'uncoachable?' I dont know.
If the deal was:
"Take Kessel and pay his $8M/yr."
Then sign me up. If the deal was:
"Give us two first round picks for Kessel and then pay him $8M/yr"
Then I'd pass.
