It helps to show that nobody is above the team and that just because you're a star player, it doesn't mean that you're above everyone else. Backlund has been uncharacteristically sloppy the past three or four games as well. They just need to be more attentive to details and they'll be fine.

Now if only they treated Glencross in the same manner. He's deserving of a night in the press box. He hasn't had a point since December, so if he's not contributing in offensively, what does he bring exactly?
