I dont know if I'd classify that last statement as racist.

The 'too many black players' comment is racist, but a lot of countries, England especially, are struggling with home-grown talent and having a lot of foreign players in their squads playing at the highest levels while local talent cant crack the side.
Whats important is that the skin color or race of those home-grown players should be irrelevant.
