Nakiska must be in a rain shadow. Mount Sparrowhawk would have been a better option.

Yep, we were expecting Nakiska to be very busy yesterday but in the morning there were no lineups and a few minutes wait in the afternoon lineups. The last few family days have been there were much busier and I think people were scared away by the lack of snow. They did pick up 3-5cms recently and it was noticeably better than last week based on the new snow and a great day of skiing with the warm temperature. It was +6 when we left the parking lot and dropped to 0 by the time we were back in Calgary.
