Put me in the camp that is worried about the morale in the room if Glencross is traded. I've no doubt that players realize this is a business, but in that respect I think the trade needs to look good to those in the room.
If they receive something irresistible in exchange, I get a feeling that the players would realize that's necessary business. If they ship out Glencross for a nameless 2nd round pick in 2015, I don't think it looks great. Especially if, for whatever reason, the team's play declines post-trade and they get edged out of the playoffs.

This doesnt concern me at all. If they trade Glencross its because another prospect is ready to fill his void. This entirely matches the earned never given mantra. I think they can handle this well for everyone involved (Glencross, locker room, prospect getting called up).
