Put me in the camp that is worried about the morale in the room if Glencross is traded. I've no doubt that players realize this is a business, but in that respect I think the trade needs to look good to those in the room.
If they receive something irresistible in exchange, I get a feeling that the players would realize that's necessary business. If they ship out Glencross for a nameless 2nd round pick in 2015, I don't think it looks great. Especially if, for whatever reason, the team's play declines post-trade and they get edged out of the playoffs.
