A first round pick: i'm ok with the trade
a mid-late 2nd round pick: i'd rather have him for a run for the post season.
take whatever you can get: No. I like the model of holding the price. I also like the way the team handled Cammalleri after the trade deadline, by basically saying "your market value is a mid 3rd round pick. If you're expecting to hit a home run this offseason, you'd better be picking it up"

I don't see a lot of value in trading him for another role playing prospect. We've got a number of those who are pressing for NHL icetime. Adding another Agostino or Hanowski or Van Brabent or Shore or Rienhart doesn't intrigue me at all.

The way he is being treated in this thread though ... this is how Oiler fans treat their players as they run them out of town. We're better than this as Flames fans.
