But watching that post game... he's no longer a kid. He has a quiet confidence in his ability and I can't wait to watch this SECOND year player become one of the best two way centres in the game.

Agree and kudos to Hartley and the coaching staff for how they have handled Monahan - both sheltering and challenging him as appropriate.
