I agree, we might as well. 3.7 billion (assuming your numbers are correct) is not much. I'm sure it's barely more than what Alberta will be collecting as surplus cash over the next couple months so obviously a bigger commitment to our fellow man would be beneficial.
I also agree with you that it's not our place nor a good idea to start flying thousands of non-Canadians into the country.
