It is obviously well premature since Fan 960's rights don't expire until the end of 2019-20, but Bell does have an AM station drawing flies for listeners - Funny 1060. So if the rights had been coming up now and they wanted to back a dump truck full of money at the Flames doorstep to start a radio street fight, they would have very little to lose. Especially because Fan 960 without the Flames is dead within months.
