I've had the problem on the 44S build every week or so and have not yet on the 05Q. Not sure if this means it's actually fixed.

Updated along with a couple of coworkers. They no problems yet. Usually people not flashing properly will produce some weird behaviour in the apps include excessive battery drain. Should not happen if you do OTA usually... but usually resolved with some kind of cache wipe.
