Friedman also mentioned that talking to guys around the league that Kane has not been very good with centers that need the puck, and that he might need to change his game to work well with McDavid or Eichel.

Also talked about Kane's go-to move out of junior was chip the puck by the dman and race. Paraphrasing here, but in Atlanta Slava Kozlov apparently tried to encourage Kane to develop another move, as NHL dmen would soon figure that one out. Apparently Kane was not very receptive.

Edit: he also raised the possibility of the Jets now flipping Myers as they have 3 rh defencemen. Jets say this is not the plan...but it gets you wondering.
