A little excessive considering he said "very arguably". I don't think it's much of a stretch to say that Winnipeg has drafted very well. Guys already contributing in the NHL like Scheifele, Trouba, Lowry and a high number of guys playing in the WJC who were major contributors on their teams. Ehlers, Petan, Morrissey, Comrie. Then you add in a couple solid prospects like Armia and Lemieux they have positioned themselves very well. They've been painfully patient but it seem like that's starting to pay off.
