I personally woundnt pick that wireless combo up. I know 19$ is hard to pass up, I guess it depends on what you want it for, controlling compuer via tv from a great distance or using it at your computer. A few easy google searches and with fairly consistent use (4+Hrs/day) it eats a set of battery in 10 days.
Logitech makes a fantasic wireless mouse that has extra battery packs you can change on the go and recharges via the dock port through USB, I just picked it up from MemX, I would link it but since MemX doesnt sponsor here, not sure if its legal. I am not a fan of Wireless keyboards but I am sure that Logitech makes a similar keybaord setup.
