Instead of drawing specific games, why not just throw in all the names and draw a list of names? When a game comes up, the top name buys the ticket, but if unavailable, loses their spot on the list and gets sent to the bottom and the next name goes to the game (so on so forth). If someone really wants a game or may miss it, they can barter with each other to change the order (like a draft pick). Set a minimum standard of a case of beer or something to swap positions or something.
You of course get to insert your name wherever you want.
It eliminates the confusion of drawing a game and not being able to go to a game that doesn't exists due to the full amount of games not being played. This way, you draw/draft once and don't have to redo it each time. This also eliminates the confusion of someone getting a game 7 and doesn't get to go, but a guy getting game 1 of the next round (dreaming) getting to go.
The reason why I say choose an order of names vs games is because the schedule is uncertain vs a certain schedule for a full season. Reversing this order clears up that confusion... sorta.
