Just to update everyone on this. Thanks for your opinions.

The opinions of the guys in the group differ quite substantially. One guy thinks it's really unfair for me to guarantee myself a game. Two guys are shocked that I wouldn't guarantee myself a game and would count themselves lucky if they even had the opportunity to be in the draw (ie. "they're your tickets man you should go to every game"). The rest are somewhere in the middle.

I think what I'm going to do is set up a playoff ticket draft, and give myself 1st overall pick and then do a snake draft from there for all 16 possible games with a random draw for the order of the other 6. Can anyone see any meaningful issues with this? Besides the fact that some may take exception to the fact that I'm taking 1st overall.

Everyone has to pay me for their ticket obviously but at STH price (I don't care to make any money off my friends at all).

EDIT: I should add that when we did our initial ticket draft, that's exactly how we did it. Straight up snake draft and I took the first overall pick due to the fact that they're my tickets.
