I don't know if I can answer that on a public thread, it could blow my anonymity, and then when CSIS finds out about my posts, there goes my future
I assure you, I am no one important, I have been on the Canadian delegation for a few UN conventions/commissions/conferences. I do not make the policies, I just liaise between the Canadian government with the rest of the delegation and other states, making sure that we are sticking to our foreign policies (which is really hard right now because the government is so new and a lot of the policies are not yet formulated).
