Sure if you want a Wildrose government, this is the absolute worst time for an election, but from a totally non-partisan perspective an election is warranted.

As a WRP supporter there's no way they would ever win the election, even if they were ready. Having a leader in place might win them a few more seats and give us some kind of an opposition party to keep Prentice to his word.
The idea of Prentice presenting a budget and then voting doesn't sit well with me. I want some time to see his budget in action before I decide which way i'm going to vote. Promises mean squat to me.
