Not only did I save a bunch of money when I started using this lunch, but the weight started coming off pretty nicely as well.

Same here. A yogurt, some cottage cheese, a container of veggies and 1-2 sandwiches (of whatever meat or PB&J I feel like that day). Occasionally toss one of those tiny chocolate bars in, or a banana. Lots of room for variety in there, too. Trail mix makes a nice addition.
