I second this. We had Two Small Men with Big Hearts booked for our move in February. It snowed the morning we were supposed to move and they decided they wouldn't move us as the roads were too bad (it was normal winter driving conditions and by the afternoon, all major roads had been cleared). To make it even worse they would not come out the following day as they were already booked and wouldn't bump anybody (or squeeze us in) in order to catch up on the moves they missed due to the snow. To make it even worse, they wouldn't give us a day they would be able to move us. They basically had told me to get lost. I ended up having to scramble and find a U-Haul to move myself.
These guys are not reputable, the guy on the phone was disrespectful, and anybody who uses them is just asking for trouble. They don't deserve anyone's business.
I've moved long-haul with Atlas and the experience was great - very courteous and efficient to work with.
