I think the new team should either be named the Stockton Stopgap because in all likelihood they won't last there more than 24 months, if the Flames track record over the last 10 years of AHL franchises tells us anything.

Or perhaps the Stockton Fugitives since the AHL franchise always seems to be on the run.
