Nashville 19.3%
Anaheim 9.2%
San Jose 4.1%
Vancouver 3.8%
Winnipeg 2.6%
Minnesota 0.7%
Los Angeles 0.4%
Dallas 0.3%
Colorado 0.2%
Calgary 0.0%
Arizona 0.0%
Edmonton 0.0%

And I'm not polling all possible teams as I think too many would take Winnipeg for example.
