If he is breaking team rules then scratch him or suspend him. You don't just let his teammates destroy his clothes and possessions.
IMO there is the potential for some real Miami Dolphins- Ritchie Incognito style stuff here if this is truly ongoing and nothing was done to stop it or rectify it.

I could see calling it bullying if it's done to a quiet/nerdy guy like Bouwmeester. I have a much harder time calling it bullying when it's done towards a dbag like Kane.
