Absolutely.
There is nothing wrong with caffeine. 3-4 cups of day have been shown to have certain health benefits. Obviously everyone doesn't react the same way, but I think for the most part it shouldn't create a problem.
Although one has to think that if you sit all day, coffee probably isn't the best stimulant out there. Maybe go out for a walk or something instead.
