If he is breaking team rules then scratch him or suspend him. You don't just let his teammates destroy his clothes and possessions.
IMO there is the potential for some real Miami Dolphins- Ritchie Incognito style stuff here if this is truly ongoing and nothing was done to stop it or rectify it.

I may have agreed with you had this been the first reported incident. I would bet that the leadership group in Winnipeg tried to talk to Kane first - maybe even a few times. For them to do this (and apparently, not the first time) really hints at Kane not being very receptive to change, and it is his team mates that are probably extremely frustrated. Professional? Of course not. However, given the history, they are probably fed up with Kane, and it has simply escalated into this drama.
