There are habits I just have no desire to quit. Coffee is one of those things.
It's not even bad for you unless you go crazy. Then again I really have no desire to have more than 3 cups of coffee a day.
Your problem is definitely sugar intake though. 3-4 cokes a day? That's a lot.
