Ya, I agree with this, I wouldn't be mad/disappointed if any of those guys won the award, but I think it is still too early to decide.
I could see Laviolette winning it just because they are at the top of the standings. Before the season started I wasn't sure they would be in a playoff spot at this point in the season. They are playing tonight and if they beat Anaheim, they will sit at the top of the league.
That is quite impressive.
But I guess the Flames, who were expected to be in the bottom 2 or 3 teams in the conference are one of the top 5 teams in the conference. Not too shabby there Mr. Hartley. This will be an interesting pick at the end of the season and a difficult one.
