Prototype, I think I live in the exact same complex as you. Here's what I do:

Keep every single window and blind closed tight until the sun starts to set. Once the outside air is cooler than inside, crank your front and back windows, and up with the blinds. I have a ceiling fan in the bedroom at the back, so I turn that on, and I have a tower fan that I put infront of the living room window.

I usually turn off the ceiling fan when I go to bed and leave the tower fan going and both windows open. The tower fan has a thermostat and a timer, I usually set it to 21 degrees and 6 hours. If I leave it on all night its too damn cold in the morning to get out of my toasty warm bed. Usually It's down to 21 by the time I go to bed on hot days and around 19-21 in the morning. Seal everything back up when you wake up, and it shouldn't be more than 24 or at the worst 25 when you get home.
