Blakeman has presented her proposal to the Alberta Liberal Party board, which is meeting Sunday in a closed-door session in Calgary. She also shared her proposal publicly via Twitter, suggesting that a merged Liberal/Alberta Party could become “the standard bearer for a progressive movement in Alberta.”
