That sound similar to my story. I was 185 lbs when I quit, then went up to 230lbs after quitting. Now I am bout 215lbs, so 30 lbs more than my smoking weight.
It really sucks. It was more than 10 years ago that I quit. Honestly, I think losing weight is harder than quitting smoking, but I do feel way more healthier now despite the extra weight.
