This is one thing that baffles me. If teams in non traditional markets with smaller revenue streams can build practice facilities. Why can't the Flames?
Maybe in the grand scheme of things, the ownership group knows it can sell tickets without having to spend additional money to try to entice free agents to generate interest in the on ice product.
