For example, Marlins Park was really really really nice, but something about the charm of a historic place like Fenway just can't be beat...
I get why the Flames want a new building, but it will be a sad day when the Dome is no longer with us. I'm going to enjoy the Dome while we still have it.

The Dome does not have that kind of character or history IMO, not the type of building you protect like that.
