Depends on the day. On his good days, Burris is in the top 3 with Calvillo and Dickenson IMO. On the bad days, he's easily in the bottom 3. That's what you get with Burris - hot or cold, no middle. Question is, can he play 'hot' for more than 9 or 10 games a year - until he proves he can be consistent, he won't be held in the same category as Calvillo, Dickenson, etc.
On a side note, I wonder what Ray has done the last 2 years to keep himself as 'elite QB status'? He's been very average - especially compared to the Ray of 3-4 years ago - since he came back from the NFL.
