I'd be over the moon if Calgary could pull something like that off. That's essentially giving up 2 first rounders from the Kings perspective just to unload a bad contract. And you also expec them to take a bad contract back? Yah, not going to happen. Even if Flames throw in Baertschi I don't think LA would go for it.
Edit: Ok, I guess Mackewon is a second rounder, so scratch that Baertschi comment I made. But I still don't think LA does the original proposed trade.
