Friedman is on 960 right now, talking about exactly that.
LA needs to move Richards and his salary. Other teams (possibly including the Flames) are saying "ok, we'll take him off your hands if you include Toffoli or Pearson"
So far, Lombardi won't touch that. But the pressure will continue to mount on him to do something.
