I did a lot of the work on the Landscape of Memory project, so I'm probably too close to the project to speak objectively, but I'll always be amazed with the crowd that will only be happy when their city is filled with grey boxes for buildings and is devoid of anything beautiful. I'm especially amazed when those people believe they're actually in the majority.

Honestly, you people are selfish Luddites who don't understand that the majority of people in your city would prefer to live in a world class city. If you want to live in a city that resembles Winnipeg, just go live in Winnipeg.
