If it's too big, maybe even consider the cable cord thingy from staples I posted below, cut it and flip it upside down to use at ramp?

How thick is this drainage tube? (1.5 inch ish?)

Another potential option perhaps is to buy those foam interlocking mats (Same as those play mat ones with the punch out letters for kids) and lay it around the pipe and cut out excess/stack and hollow out?

You could use some of those heavy duty foam anti fatigue pads alternatively
