Have to wonder though.
If they do have concrete evidence of something will they come down hard.
They have been criticized all year for being too soft with suspension and for playing favorites with certain teams.
They have been heavily criticized in the past for Spygate and the cover up and soft punishment that followed from that situation.
If there is some concrete evidence I have a feeling they may come down hard.
